Credits
Credits are The Living Cafe's very own currency. Our members purchase credits and spend them whenever they want to add a recipe or video to their Vibrant Living Collection. Each recipe is worth 1 to 6 credits. The credit cost of any recipe depends its complexity, popularity and category.
The credit package a customer buys will determine the credit value for that package. Each contributor will receive a percentage based on actual credit values. |

The Living Cafe features Chefs and culinary artists who excel in our program. We would love to post an article about you and promote your recipes to our customers. TheLivingCafe.com showcases eligilble contributors by spotilighting your story, picture, recipes, videos and more. Contributors providing 45 or more recipes may be eligible for a featured article and special promotion on our web site, newsletter, and blog. |

Royalty Payments
The minimum threshold for payout is $25.00. Royalties will accrue until you surpass $25. If you don’t happen to hit $25 or more during the year, any accrued royalties will be paid at the end of the calendar year.
You will be paid 15 days following the month your accrued royalties surpass $25. So, if you earn $15 in March, and $45 in April, you will be paid $60 by May 15th. If you earn $26 or more during the month of June, you would receive payment on July 15th. |

Royalty Statistics Report
Royalty statistics are always available to each contributor through their online Royalty Statistics Report. Each Chef, Culinary Artist, and Novice can see how many of each recipe sold, at what amount, royalties earned, and payment status. |

Receiving Your Royalty Payments
All royalty payments are deposited in your PayPal account. You must have an active account with PayPal to receive your royalty payments. |

Recipe Requirements:
- A nice digital photo of the final recipe product (.jpg format)
- Ingredients and measurements
- Detailed Instructions. The Living Cafe reserves the right to make organizational adjustments (such as tips, variations, and the layout of instructions) for each recipe submitted.
- Each recipe submitted must be an original work by the Chef or Culinary Artist.

Right of Usage
TheLivingCafe.com reserves the right to use or not use any recipe, or video submitted. Each recipe, and video will go through an approval process, and reviewed by TheLivingCafe.com. Once approved your recipes, and videos are active and eligible for royalty earnings. By registering as a Chef, Culinary Artist or Novice with TheLivingCafe.com and contibuting your works you give TheLivingCafe.com unlimited rights to promote, market, sale, reproduce, all recipes, pictures, stories, and videos submitted. All contributed recipes will display the name, and photo (if provided) of the contributing Chef, Culinary Artist, or Novice.
